Rate: Monthly retainer + additional revenue from private lessons and group lessons

Job Description:
Game4Padel is seeking a passionate and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Great Western Golf in Glasgow. This is a self-employed position where the manager will have the opportunity to oversee both Game4Padel-organised sessions and private lessons, along with additional managerial responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct padel coaching sessions organised by Game4Padel, paid at a rate of £30/hour.
Organise and manage private padel lessons with individual clients.
Pay court fees at non-members rates for private lessons.
Collect payments directly from players for private lessons.
Develop tailored coaching plans to meet the needs and goals of clients.
Promote padel within the community and encourage participation.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Oversee the daily operations of the padel facilities at Great Western Golf.
Manage scheduling and bookings for courts and coaching sessions.
Coordinate with Game4Padel to organise events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the padel courts and equipment.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and participation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a padel coach.
Strong knowledge of padel techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for padel and a commitment to helping players improve their skills.
LTA accredited.
Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
