MEET THE TEAM
Padel players come from very different backgrounds and so does our team of our directors. Our diversity, expertise and enthusiasm are key to meeting Game4Padel's ambitions.
Vincent is a tennis and padel specialist and qualified coach in both sports. He has established one of the largest club-based junior tennis competition programmes in the UK and has extensive experience working with clubs to grow and develop their sport programme, increasing membership and club revenues.
Carlos has held a number of C-suite roles across the financial services and automotive industries, across Asia & the Middle East, where he lived & worked, residing in Hong Kong & Dubai, respectively, for close to 20 years, before returning to the UK in 2020. He fell in love with Padel as a player in Dubai and now ranks the sport as his No.1 passion.
Jim has a background in finance, retail property and investment. Jim was a founding partner of West Coast Capital, former partner and board member in PWC and chair of Motherwell Football Club. Jim has looked after the PGA, the Ryder Cup Limited and Saracens Rugby in his time at PWC.
Michael was a Director of FTSE 100 company P&O where he was Group Commercial & Legal Director, Chairman of the property division and of Europe’s premier sports resort La Manga Club, Spain. He is an NED of aviation and hotel companies and spent 15 years as a Board Member of the Wimbledon Championships.
Peter is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and owner of a padel club and founder of the Scottish Padel Federation. Extensive sports facility experience gained through roles in sportscotland and Tennis Scotland and now managing director of the respected Advantage Sports Consultancy.
We are lucky and privileged to have ambassadors who have a real love for the game and believe that Game4Padel can make the difference in growing and developing padel in the UK.
In May 2019, Sir Andy Murray announced his investment in Game4Padel.

The former professional British No. 1 female tennis player and current radio and television presenter loves to play padel at Pine Cliffs in Portugal where she runs her Tennis Academy.
Jonathan Davies is a legendary former rugby player who represented Wales and the British Lions in rugby union and GB and Wales in rugby league. He is now a leading commentator.
British broadcaster and former tennis player, Andrew Castle was UK number 1 in singles in 1986, reaching as high as World No. 80 in June 1988.
