• Who it’s for & how to get it: Only eligible/invited HSBC Premier customers can access the offer, and must activate via the dedicated HSBC registration link. One membership per customer, personal and non‑transferable.

• How long it lasts: Complimentary 12-month membership from successful registration, then it expires automatically. You can buy a standard membership afterwards at the prevailing rate.

​

• What you get: Max priority booking window (participating venues), £2 off eligible court bookings, 15% off the online shop, 10% off eligible coaching, 10% off eligible Americano competitions/clinics, plus entry to partnership prize draws where offered (separate terms apply). 

​

• What you don’t get: No free court hire - you still pay court fees (member rate, after discounts), and availability isn’t guaranteed.

​

• Booking & fair use rules: Book via MATCHi; normal booking/cancellation rules apply. No-shows/abuse/late cancellations can lead to suspension. Don’t create multiple accounts, resell/transfer bookings, let others use your membership, or use benefits commercially without written approval.

• Capacity & changes: Places are limited (first come, first served; waiting list possible). Game4Padel/HSBC may amend terms; if the partnership ends, affected customers will be contacted about changes.

• Liability & privacy: Game4Padel isn’t liable for issues like court unavailability, closures, maintenance, technical problems, or events outside control (subject to law). Data handled under Game4Padel Privacy Policy and HSBC Privacy Notice.
