With the current extreme hot weather, we’d like to remind everyone to take extra care when playing, as high temperatures can increase the risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

Please consider the following when attending your session:
Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water before, during, and after play.
Bring enough water for your session and take regular breaks, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
Listen to your body – if you begin to feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell, please stop playing and seek shade.
Wear appropriate clothing, including a hat or visor if possible.
Apply sunscreen if playing outside and reapply as needed.
Consider shortening your game or taking additional breaks if the conditions feel particularly challenging.
