Game4Padel Named One of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work

We've been named as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the Small Organisation category.

The prestigious nationwide survey celebrates organisations with the highest levels of employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace satisfaction. Game4Padel’s inclusion highlights its commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing culture during a period of rapid nationwide expansion.

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work panel evaluates key workplace factors including leadership, empowerment, diversity, reward and recognition, and job satisfaction. Game4Padel excelled across these metrics, reflecting the company’s focus on aligning team growth with the skyrocketing popularity of the sport.

"We are incredibly proud to receive this recognition from The Sunday Times," said Michael Gradon, our CEO. "Our mission has always been to build a strong, passionate community around padel, and that starts internally with our team. As we continue to scale across the UK, maintaining an environment where our people feel valued, inspired, and motivated remains one of our top priorities."

Since our inception, we've grown our footprint significantly, deploying courts and venues at sports clubs, residential developments and business parks nationwide. We now have 26 sites operating in the UK, as well as two in Australia and one in Spain. We also announced our first franchise venture earlier this year, which will open in Glasgow in Autumn 2026.

We've also been responsible for growing the game of padel in the UK via initiatives including training over 300 coaches, improving awareness for the sport via media and live exhibitions, and community engagement and inclusivity programmes.

We attribute our success to a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and empowers employees to drive the growth of the UK's fastest-growing sport.
